Fit Tips & Wearing Instructions

1. How to Check the Fit

  • A Well-Fitting Binder:

  • Compresses the chest evenly for a smooth, natural appearance.

  • Allows easy breathing with no pressure or discomfort.

  • Straps and edges do not dig into the skin.

  • Easy to put on and take off without excessive effort.

  • A Binder That’s Too Small:

  • Over-compresses the chest, potentially causing pain or difficulty breathing.

  • Straps or edges dig into the skin, leaving visible marks.

  • Difficult to put on or take off.

  • A Binder That’s Too Large:

  • Provides insufficient compression, failing to create a flat appearance.

  • Tends to slide or roll up, reducing comfort.

2. Wearing & Care Instructions

  • How to Wear:

  • Wear for no more than 8 hours daily to avoid prolonged chest pressure.

  • Choose a sports-specific binder for exercise and reduce wearing time accordingly.

  • Cleaning & Care:

  • Try to wash by hand, but if you are tired, you can choose to wash by hand, the clothes will not be damaged.

  • For boobs with enough hooks, use a laundry bag if machine washing is used to avoid damage to the hooks.

  • Use mild detergent—do not bleach or iron.

Health & Safety Tips

  • If you experience pain, dizziness, difficulty breathing, or skin irritation, remove the binder immediately and consult a doctor.

  • Regularly check the elasticity and fit of your binder, and replace it if it’s worn out or no longer fits properly.

  • Binders are a short-term solution—long-term use may affect health. Always use under professional guidance.
